This is where you can post any idea you may have wandering around your brain, but have no idea if it's feasible. That RP idea you had? That character idea you had? That challenge community idea you had? That psl idea you had? If you want to gauge interest in your idea, or even figure out how to implement it, feel free to post and discuss! I hope to be a fairly active community as I've looked everywhere for someplace to post, 'hey I have an idea for a thing, but I don't know if there's interest for the thing.'
This is brand new, so, who knows if there's even interest in this! LOL
A couple things to remember:
Play nice with others. If you disagree with something, please be adult about it. Agree to disagree and move on if you cannot find a non-argumentative solution. Don't start flamewars just to start them.
Don't take someone's idea. This should go without saying. If someone has a great idea and you love it, get with them and see if you can work something out, or join their community. Don't see their idea, and while they are hashing it out, go and implement it behind their back.
Also, no community/journal name stealing. If someone is discussing a journal name as part of their ideas, please don't create that account first. If they mention the name, it's theirs until they release the idea.
You may advertise communities/games/psls here, but please do not spam with the same ad daily. You may repost an ad once your ad has 'fallen off' the front page. Please only post communities/games/psls that are on Dreamwidth.

bizarraIs there a community on DW where you can ask about potential rp game ideas, or find out if there is interest in a specific theme/premise? All I've found are the character talking to the muse type comms and nothing specific to asking if a certain premise exists, or would be welcomed.
Or even to drum up activity in a current game. Similar to wanna_rp over at Insanejournal. :)

Character creating community?
May. 18th, 2017 08:05 pmbizarraI've had this idea niggling in the back of my head for a while and I have no idea if there is interest in it, or the best way to go about it.
A character creation community, that's a challenge community as well. Kind of a cross between a Landcomm and a prompting community, with the social comm being a sandbox to rp with your new characters, or simply fic with them. I'm not even sure if this would be popular enough to put forth the effort to make.
